According to a survey in 2019, of 2.777 Indonesian young people aged 14-24, 45% have experienced cyberbullying.

Berdasarkan sebuah survei yang dilakukan di tahun 2019, dari 2.777 pemuda Indonesia yang berusia 14-24 tahun, 45% di antara mereka telah mengalami perundungan daring (cyberbullying).

Interestingly, boys had slightly higher rates than girls (49%-41%).

Menariknya, anak laki-laki memiliki tingkat perundungan daring yang sedikit lebih tinggi daripada anak perempuan (49%-41%). 

The most common type of cyberbullying include harassment through chatting applications, unauthorized personal photos/videos, and other types of harassment.

Adapun tipe perundungan daring yang paling sering terjadi meliputi pelecehan melalui aplikasi obrolan, foto/video pribadi yang disebarkan tanpa izin, dan jenis pelecehan lainnya.

Pertama, lihatlah ke arah gambar yang ada di halaman selanjutnya. Jika sesuai arahan buku Bahasa Inggris Kurikulum Merdeka, siswa kelas 9 SMP diminta untuk mengerjakan latihan soal ini secara berpasangan. Apakah kamu juga demikian?

a. Ignore the message and don’t respond immediately.
b. Take a screenshot to save evidence of the message.
c. Report the message to a trusted adult or authority.
d. Block the sender on your phone or social media platform.
e. Talk to someone you trust, like a teacher or parent, for support.
